Inter-District Request Procedure

Student Interdistrict Request

If you are requesting to come to General Shafter School from any other district, you must start with the district where you reside.

Please DO NOT complete any General Shafter School forms.

  • If you reside within the General Shafter school district boundaries, use the link below to access the INTERDISTRICT ATTENDANCE AGREEMENT FORM.
  • Fill out your request (please ensure everything is complete and signed). Submit it and follow the email verification instructions.
  • If you are applying to EXIT General Shafter School, please complete the Interdistrict Attendance Agreement Form. You will not receive any additional communication from General Shafter School. Upon receiving your request, we will process and send the request to the district you are requesting to attend.

Interdistrict Information

In accordance with an agreement between the Governing Board and the board of another district, a permit authorizing a student of either district to enroll in the other district may be issued upon approval of both districts.
